Before claiming a refund, please keep in mind that results may take 2-4 weeks to be seen. We recommend allowing at least 4 weeks before deciding if the product is a suitable fit for your dog.
Please note that we accept no liability for return shipping costs for products returned under our 100% money back guarantee. We also do not provide refunds on products which have previously been replaced due to a fault as this falls under our general returns policy.
If your product is faulty, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund beyond this 60 day period. Please contact support@petoutlet.com.au for more information. Faulty items are covered under our general returns policy.
