Before claiming a refund, please keep in mind that results may take 2-4 weeks to be seen. We recommend allowing at least 4 weeks before deciding if the product is a suitable fit for your dog.
Please note that we accept no liability for return shipping costs for products returned under our 100% money back guarantee. We do not refund shipping costs that we incurred unless the item was faulty. We also do not provide refunds on products which have previously been replaced due to a fault as this falls under our general returns policy.
