If your order was placed within the last 60 days and you wish to return any items in your order, simply fill out the return request form at the following link:

Please allow up to 3 business days for us to review your return request.
You will receive an email once your request has been reviewed.
Before claiming a refund, please keep in mind that positive results for our training collars may take 2-3 weeks to be seen. We recommend allowing at least 4 weeks before deciding if the product is a suitable fit for your dog.
Please note that we accept no liability for return shipping costs for products returned under our 100% money back guarantee. We do not refund shipping costs that we incurred unless the item was faulty. If a free shipping coupon code was offered, a fee of $8.50 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the costs we incurred in shipping the item to you. We do not provide refunds on products which have previously been replaced due to a fault as this falls under our general returns policy.
If your product is faulty, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund beyond this 60 day period. Please contact support@petoutlet.com.au if your order was placed more than 60 days ago. Faulty items are covered under our general returns policy.
